Make sure that your Wii U is set to the correct resolution,or check with your TV settings. This most definitely looks like it's the Wii U's problem, not the TV or and or av cable, because only some things in the game that are flickering. If it was the cable or TV, the entire image would be flickering , not certain 3D models within the game

I think that your WII U console might be 4 years old then now.

Maybe the WII U console might be be compatible with the TV then because the TV is old and the the WII U console and the TV are not compatible with one another for the console to be working then. I think that the Wii U console might only work on new TV's and with the hook ups that come with the console.

Try using a another cable. Try a Wii AV Cable or a Wii Component Video Cable. You will need to ensure the TV is set to the right input settings if you swap the cables Once you are finished reconnect the Wii U with your HDMI cable and change the TV input settings to HDMI. Maybe the av cables went bad and is not working.

It might be that there could be something wrong with the console it's self then or the disc's are either dirty or scratched to a point that the console is not able to read then anymore or it could be with one disc then that is either dirty or scratched enough to were the console can't read that one disc anymore. To clean disc's use a soft Damp lint free cloth with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to gently and softly wipe the disc. Mix a half-teaspoon of mild soap in water and dampen the soft cloth to be able clean the disc or disc's buy a disc cleaning kit from the store. Use the disc cleaning kit to be cleaning the discs and a head cleaner to clean the player.

I think that these are down loading codes then. Check to make sure that the connection is properly connected to the internet and the wifi then. You would have to set up the WII U console to the internet and the wifi in order for it to work. If no luck try up dating your console on WII U up dates maybe it needs to have up dates then to work. You could try calling the Nintendo repair center and try emailing the Nintendo repair center for more help.

You could buy a new one from Lukie games and DKOldies and East Starland games then. Try and re sync the console and the controllers too see if it works again and make sure that the controllers are fully charged before using them and make sure that nothing is interfering with the connections. Try turning off and unplugging the console and the controllers off for a few minutes and then turn them back on again. There might be a connecting issues with the console then and the connections could be bad or for it to connect is no longer working anymore.

Try and
  • Recalibrate the L Stick and R Stick on the Wii U GamePad to being in a neutral position.
  • Make sure there are not any other buttons being pressed at the exact same time.
  • Reset the Wii U GamePad by holding down the POWER button for 5 or more seconds, and then pressing it once to turn the Wii U GamePad to be back on.
  • Clean the buttons.
  • If you are using a screen protection remove it.
  • Check and also look around the edges of the Wii U GamePad for any debris or items or objects that could of have lodged itself between the screen and the housing.untits

Try and Press the eject button on the front of the console. The console will not accept any discs if there is already a disc inserted, and it is common to forget that a disc was already inserted.If the system still won't accept discs, this indicates a problem with the mechanism and the the disc drive is having problems and issues then with keeping the disc's in the console.that pulls the discs into the system. It could also be possible if that there are coins or any other foreign objects or items in the console it will sometimes do this then too. If you guys have children or small children they can sometimes put foreign objects into video game console to have this problem to occur. It will have to be fixed.

Try contacting Nintendo, It's a better idea to call them, though. Go to support.nintendo.com for their number. The problem is your Nintendo Network ID can't connect to the network or something.

Call Nintendo and tell them. They can give you details with code in hand. Looks to me like a Console Ban. meaning you might have done something that broke their rules. Go read their Terms of Service closely and see if you broke any. if you did. you are out of luck usually.. They are brutal. They dont trust you. They figure keeping a handful of cheaters or rule breakers completely out of the loop keeps the online stuff safer. But you could try pleading with them and they might lift the ban. This error code means that the WiiU for one reason or another is not able to read the disc. This can mean that the disc is smudged, scratched, or it could even be a dud. If you still have the receipt, I would suggest returning the disc if you're still within the retailer's refund policy.

There is no "button." AOSS setup on the Wii U is done in software. Check the Internet Connection settings for the AOSS option.
