for the PUK code you need to contact your service provider because you enter the wrong pin code more than 3 times for that it will ask for puk code each number and each service provider puk code is diffrent you need to contact your service provider and they will ask for your sim num you need to provide the 13 digit sim number at the back side of the sim card then they will provide you the puk code after entering the puk code its ask for the new pin number you can enter the new pin number and you can use it

   I would go to the NOKIA support page for my  (your) model phone. Read all of the FAQ, Download and install all of the updated software.Then if al of that did nto fix it,I woudl buy or borrow another SIMs card to see if the one I have is now defective. I hope this helps.

Most codes on phones have a generic code of "0000" or "1234" or "123456". try that as the PUK code. If not, contact the manufacture and they can give you the unlock code.

Just format ur phone ... reset it as in the manual instructions!!

you can get your pukcode for free from your service provider help desk / customer service number.

It shouldnt cost anything, they might have a minute fee or something but i dont think so.

RIGHT THAT MEANS THAT YOUR MESSAGE CENTERE NUMBER IS WRONG AND THATS WHY IT KEEPS COMEING UP WITH THAT MESSAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS IF YOU HAVE THAT MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER GO INO TXT MESSAGE SETTINGS AND CENTER NUMBER AND PUT THE RIGHT ONE IN. ALSO IF YOU HAVENT RING UP YOUR PHONE PROVIDER AND ASK FOR EITHER THEM TO SEND THE RIGHT SETTINGS OR THERE GUIDE YOU THRO AND GIVE YOU THE NUMBER YOU NEED TO PUNCH IN TO GET THIS TO WORK.
