The Demo Kindle Fire Model Number 3HT7G is completely locked down. It is not possible to remove the Demo, reset the Kindle or Flash new Firmware using a Backup and Restore Utility like Kindle Fire First Aide. The Development Team of Kindle Fire First Aide is working on a procedure to reset these Kindles but the procedure will involve opening the Kindle which Voids the Warranty. So my neighbor had an issue connecting her kindle fire with CCS and Facebook. It kept saying cannot connect to the kingdom. So what I did was uninstall the app from her kindle and then went under settings for the kindle. Then I clicked device and clicked allow installation of applications and turn it on. Then go the website appsroid.com and click on CCS. It will take you to another page and there will be a click button for download for android click it. After 30 secs it will show at the bottom start download and once it gets done go to the downloaded section and click on it. It will give you the option to install it so install it. Finally go to the app section on the kindle and instead of the cloud area click on device. There you will find it and once that gets done click on it to load it. Finally click connect to facebook and that's all there is too it. I know that's a lot to take in so take it one step at a time.

Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds
Step 2: Plug the Kindle into the changer, press and hold the power for 30 seconds
Step 3: Let charge for 12 hours
Step 4: Turn on and use the Kindle

This is normally caused when the Kindle does not completely understand the authentication used or the Key used is invalid.

Step 1: Log into the Wireless router
Step 2: Verify the Key used, if the key stored in the Wireless is correct, reboot the Wireless Router
Step 3: When the Wireless Router is back online attempt to sign in again, if it fails log back into the Wireless Router
Step 4: Change the Wireless Encryption from WEP to WPA Personal and enter a passphrase
Step 5: Attempt to login to the wireless using the new passphrase

The Kindle Fire Series 2 Tablet Demo Model number ZHS-1013 is locked down. These Kindle's are unbreakable, period. My development team has spent days trying to break into the demo units. We had limited success with extensive work and was only able to obtain Root after replacing the SD Card, which is a very difficult process. We used our package Kindle Fire First Aide for the process which is designed to do several different tasks on the Kindle including Root, full system restore and has scripts to reboot any Kindle Fire Series Two tablet into Fastboot (except a demo model released in the last 3 months). click manage devices, Click contact us on left side of screen. fill in info about problem. You have a choice of reply methods and I usually go for call back. They are fairly quick and will talk you through the fix.
