No need to re-invent the wheel when building your trailer mounted sprayer. Your local Northern tool Store, or at the address below,

http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category_6970_166839

you will find all the parts that you will need to complete your project. I have purchased several different types of sprayers, tanks, pressure pumps and parts from them over the years. They have a helpfull staff and most parts are in stock. Take a look at ready made trailer mounted sprayers there to pattern yours after then design in your special needs.
My first portable sprayer was made from four 55 gallon drums loaded onto the back of my pickup. For the pump I used a modified 2" trash/water pump reduced to 1' pipe then seven nozzles. Worked great however 220 gallons of water did not last very long. Problems began with the weight of water in large quantity. I decided I needed about 1000 gallons and found that I needed to deal with about 7500 lbs of weight. Oh well, enough already, good luck with your project and email if you have questions.

Request the diagrams from Cox.

A fuse blows in response to an electrical overload or short circuit - perhaps the switch is bad or wires have chafed and exposed the conductors.
I suggest you examine the wiring and switch.

If nothing is found, studying the circuit diagram might reveal possible trouble points...

I own two pressure washers and one is a large and traditional design and soap enters the system through a thin flexible tube connected via a valve at the pump intake. When soap is required the tube is inserted into the soap container and the valve turned on or just half way on depending how much soap is needed.

The other is a modern compact and the soap dispenser is a one litre spraygun affair that clips over the end of the lance...

cant get at it from underneath for sure

you can buy the part

best guess is take off the engine hood and pull the whole top to bits till you get to the broken handle

Almost all are 2 stroke. If it has a place for oil togo into the motor-like a dipstick, it’s 4 stroke. If there’s no place for engine oil, you mix your petrol with 2stroke oil. Haven’t heard the term petrol in a while!

If you replaced the recoil starter and it's still binding then likely it's an internal engine bearing failure.

Try removing the recoil starter and see if you can turn the engine with a m8 socket wrench over the nut inside the starter cup.

If you can't turn it with a wrench then you'll need to try turning the impeller fan and/or remove the impeller to be sure nothing on the fan side is causing issues, though not likely since engine spins with spark plug removed.

If you cant get it to turn after trying the above. Then likely you have a shaft and/or rod bearing failure that is seizing under compression load.

Hello, Robert!
There are some reasons for your weed eater to bog down:
  1. Problems with the filter (check whether it is clean and functional).
  2. Fuel issues (check whether there is enough gas and are you fuel tubes intact).
  3. Problems with the spark plug (check whether it is clean).
  4. Electricity issues (check whether the extension cord is intact and plugged in properly).
These are some of the basics, hope they help!
Otherwise, you might have to visit a service center.

This is how to solve the stiff Makita plunge saw easily!!!
I've just carried out the following steps and it's like a new saw.
Clear a table top and grab the following tools:
Philips screw driver
4mm allen key
grease- i used silicone grease
1. Take the base off the saw by removing the 4 x obvious screws.
2. If you look at the saw, you'll see that is pivots on a single pin at the rear. You'll also notice that there is a 4mm allen screw driven into that pin.
3. Remove the 4mm allen screw.
4. Fill the screw hole with grease and drive the 4mm allen screw back in (it'll force grease along the pin internally). Do this 3 or 4 times.
5. Work the mechanism back and forth as if you're plunging the saw- you'll notice that it becomes so much more easy to move.
6. Wipe away the black dirty grease that you have forced out of the pin. Reinsert the 4mm allen screw and tighten
7. refix the base and spring.
8. Job done.
This actually bugged me for ages until i finally decided to have a look and see what the issue was.

I've had this same problem, so now after using the broadcast spreader I rinse it off with a water hose and spray WD-40 or any lubricant around the axle and wheel area that drives the distributor disc. It keeps the wheel and axle from seizing up when not in use.
