It could just mean you compressor is getting harder to start as it gets older. A good fix would be replacing the fried wires and replacing the compressor contactor. After that is done, add a hard start kit to it. It's only 2 wires to install it, but it will give you added juice to turn your compressor if it is starting to get tight.
