Make sure that the program controller is working if not check power - step down supply, the pads are responding- if not faulty pads- or the door switches, if the switch contact are not good then it will not trigger the processor to switch on the waveguides. If the lights or fan work without any display or action of program being triggered to start then it can be a possible fault on the main board or the processor. Sometimes insect secretion can short the board and display panel and so the processor can work in such an erratic manner. If so clean, solder and reset the board. If there is no heating please do not switch on unless you have confirmed the fault. It is possible that the Magnetron is faulty, the temperature cut off is faulty or the main capacitor is short. It is also quite possible that insect can get into the oven and create soft spots. When you switch on these will create a short and make the voltage jump and in the long run damage the magnetron. So Remove cover after disconnecting , check for dirt/moisture in the cabin, if so wipe clean and dry, check the magnetron and area clean and use an jet air to clean off. Now keeping clear of the microwave, switch on; use a cup of water inside to test. If you notice any sparks shut off as the magnetron or the main HT capacitor can be faulty. replace with same type.If there is heating without any issues, you can use the microwave safely

You can find the power of this oven on the back of the oven, it is marked as Power Consumption. Whatever the number is the power of your oven. For example if the power consumption is 1200 watts then your oven is a 1200 watt oven. I hope this helps you.

Try unplugging the oven from the electric outlet, let it sit a few seconds, then plug it back in. This might reset the computer if it's locked up for some reason.

The oven's child-lock feature might be engaged. To turn it off, press and hold the "0" key, then press "2" and release both buttons. (From Samsung's website)

where did you buy it?

Judging from reviews of this model on Samsung's website, this is a common problem. Does it happen during or after using the cooktop or range below the microwave oven? In particular, is it most common when using the burner directly under the microwave oven control panel? If the issues are correlated to heat or humidity from cooking on the range top, I would suspect problems with moisture in the keypad circuitry. I would consider cleaning the controller board key panel connector area with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol (this is an internal service on a circuit board that is most likely susceptible to damage by static electricity, so it should be done by someone who knows how to service electronics). This should remove contaminants that could cause current leakage between keypad connections (spurious keypad entries) in humid conditions. Let the board dry thoroughly before reconnecting. It's also possible that moisture is getting into the keypad assembly. This would be a design/manufacturing flaw. I would guess the oven is out of warranty, so the fix would be to put the keypad in a dessicator for a day or so, then seal the edges with RTV Blue or a similar caulk that does not release acetic acid (vinegar) during the curing process. (Acetic acid even in vapor form may corrode the silver contact material in the keypad.) Do not seal the connector, just the edges of the flex ribbon layers where moisture can get into the key membranes. In the meantime, always use the microwave oven fan when cooking on the range. This will help to keep the controller cool and dry. (Samsung's troubleshooting guide says the fan will turn on automatically if the microwave oven gets too warm from cooking underneath it.)

It will be fine. They aren't made for sustained cooking on high power. Popcorn is dry but oiled, so it gets very hot and burns. You can use the glass carousel plate or replace it. Depending how big the crack is, any water in the crack will finish it off. A new glass tray is $57. A new Microwave the same is $319. The small plastic plate on the microwaves door with the spring it it needs to be replaced.

E-32 error means you have a wiring or circuit board short. Easier or cheaper to replace without a lot of aggrevation.

At 12 years old, time for a new control panel.

Switch it off from the wall for a few seconds , then witch it back on and set the clock , this should reset it , if not contact a service man .
