Supposedly there is , But I don't think so, There is a video on you tube that shows somebody messing with them, I think it is a bunch of ****. Is it the battery or the charger? Do you have other batteries that charge up? The life of the battery is about 1 year. I have boxes full of dead batteries, and guns and chargers. It is cheaper to buy a new gun with batteries and charger than it is to buy 2 new batteries. Check it out.

There are three visble screws and one hidden. Use the right size torx driver if you have it, or a small allen wrench works too and undo the screw that is visble on one side of the pack. Snap the false bottom off of the pack and reveal two more screws to remove. One screw is behid a plastic cap over a fourth obvious screw location. Drill the cap and unscre this screw also. Be sure there are no lables holding the two side together. Pressing down on the battery holdin clasp makes the sides easier to separate. Watch for falling parts. That's it!

Not being sure about this model but do you have the air hose connected to the tire vent and does it meet the minimum requirements? This may be the only way that the compressor can know how much pressure is in the tire and to start counting.

I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.
