Check the water is turned on at the wall where the machine is plugged in. If this does not work try on a different setting like example spin cycle only. It could be stuck on a setting and need to reset. Regards Craig

not sure if this was suggested but Siemens suggests unplug the machine, plug it back in and wait a few seconds, then select a cycle. The locked door should release.
