C7 error code

D04-534 means incorrect ink cartridge set. This could be caused either a) it IS the incorrect ink cartridge, or b) the RF tag that is struck to the end of the ink bottle is damaged. Try a new ink bottle.Make sure to use RISO ink designed and made specific for same machine

Cleaning with WD40 sometimes won't give you good result. Do this following method.
1. Removed the silk screen and soaked it in kerosene and dry it with cloth, check any foreign materials between the two screen.
2. Since silk screen is removed clean also the drum cylinder the metal parts with cloth and kerosene.
3.Check the pressure roller, this roller is located under the drum. This roller press the paper into the drum. Uneven roller cause the image not even specially the middle part of the copy.
4. Lastly, if all the above solution fails you need to dismantle all the silk screen ang the metal screen ang clean the roller inside the drum and adjust the thickness of ink by adjusting the squeegee roller distance between the doctor roller. Used metal filer gauge the distance should be 0.3 - 0.5mm.

I've read a little about flushing drums with solvent or even gasoline or diesel google it a little see how people have done it. though I can imagine a Switch from a dark to light colour might be impossible. You could pull the screen off and wash it out. Some ideas. No solutions.

assuming you have a RN machine
you should of removed the master on the drum by hand if it was not used for more than a couple of weeks, and wipe dry under the clamp.
To get the drum out, hinge up the top of the machine over the top of the drum there is another small door, it hinges up like the top of the machine.
At this point ensure that the drum is in the home position i.e the clamp of the drum is at 12:00 (on top). if not turn drum to that point by hand.
Then try the button again to release the drum. If that fails there is a small **** under the drum at the front door area. there is a catch there that holds in the drum which you can move to the side with a flat screw driver.

1-need to find out if image is on the drum, make a copy and stop it open and look is there toner on the drum itself? yes then the problem is with the Seperation

2-No, then the problem is with the Transfer

RZ 220s have a smaller print area on the drum. I think around 9x14. Although the 220s can take 11x17 paper they cannot print over the entire area. (This is why I personally went with a RZ390. It has the 11x17 print area) Sorry, you're out of luck pal.

With regards to the uneven spot, the ink supply is a little bit lacking, try to increase the ink density, ot there might be some dried inks in the nozzle of the ink distributor inside the drum unit, open the drum and clean the holes of the bar inside the drum. another one is, your impression roller might have deformities, another is your metal screen is punctured and the last the screen might be clogged.
