Is the battery a genuine Dell battery? 3rd party batteries can be high quality or crap, just depends on the maker. Regardless, when you attempt to charge it, does it at least take a charge even though it won\'t hold it? Or does the battery refuse to accept a charge at all? When you plug in your laptop, does the charge light come on? Does the the battery level icon on the lower-right corner of the screen show it\'s plugged in? I know, lots of questions.

Hello dear, apparently you get (do not give much information about it) Control panel> Device and manager and see there devices that the computer has recognized, should not receive the bluetooh, you can include add device top left .

hi how are you could you restart you laptop when the dell sign in the screen press on (F8) then go to safe mode to making system restore to making system restore from start icon after that write in search box (system restore) to rest the system to previous date before i hope that will help

what configuration of the power manager do you use? laptop goes to hibernation mode automatically or by pressing the power button or by closing the lid?

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. First try this, Cold-start the laptop, unplug from AC, remove battery, leave battery out during this process, plug in try to boot normally. If that fails unplug, plug in push the on/off button and press and hold the CTRL and F11 key to get to system restore, restore to a date before this issue. If that fails download the Windows Repair Disk.
