My Oki C5650 is showing all 4 3rd party cartridges as incompatible.

For the printer to do this of its own accord makes me think the main board has thrown a wobbly. As you know how to get into the maintenance mode, scroll to menu reset and this will reset the eeprom. I doubt if it will cure it without new drums. You can buy on the internet a stick-on fuse for the drum which will blow and reset the printer into thinking its a new drum. Do this for all the drums and it may just do the trick. If its toner related then only genuine toners will cure. Anyway the fuse trick is the cheapest option. You may think why drums when its toners. That's because you need to fool the printer into thinking parts have been changed and it may have a knock on effect. Its worth a try.

134 error

134 error is led head missing , the fault is either ( if your lucky) the k led ribbon cable has become unseated or the k ribbon pins are damaged (you can trim them with scissors.
Alternatively more often than not someone has nicked the led bar off and tried to put the cable back in without turning the printer off blowing the fuse on the maintenance board. The holders for that model are prone to cracking also.

How do i remove toner manually in a a oki mc160. I am getting a service call 001b error

Error 001b means the dev motor cannot turn. The most common problem on this extremely complicated system is that a toner has not been locked correctly and has come loose thus jamming the drum and preventing it from turning. The easiest way to resolve this is to remove the front cover which will give access to the drum mechanism. You hopefully may be able to then push the unlocked toner back into place. This type of printer is a pain when it goes wrong. Have not seen one in years even though only came out in 2009. Good luck.

How to fix okidata c 711 error code 134

Error code 134 on the OKI C711 refers to the white ribbon cable that plugs into the Black LED head. If it has come out of the head then check that the silver contacts are in good condition and none are touching each other. If any of them are touching each other then its a certainty that fuse F12 on the main board will have blown. If they are good then push it back in but this must only be done with the power off. I cant remember whether the 711 has a plug on the end of the cable or just has silver contacts. If F12 has blown then you cant replace it as its part of the board. Only a pcb repairer can change it or fitting a new board.
