Fault code 004-350 marking device failure
Sorry, Phasers need more than one minute to reset. You need to turn off and unplug the printer for 30 minutes, then plug it back in and power it up. That might reset the printer.
Cleaning
Do you mean internally? Remove the toner cartridge. Get yourself an air blaster or can of air and blow any dust and toner out of the printer that you can - using a small soft brush like a paintbrush can be handy too. Use a soft lint-free cloth to wipe the rest out. If you want to clean the rollers isopropanol is good, but avoid contact with skin and eyes etc. Use a hi-alcohol based glass cleaner and glass cloth for any glass bits you find in there (like the laser unit window) if you want to clean the outside you can get this anti-static foam cleaner stuff which does the job well.. use with a light grade plastic scouring pad for those stubborn stains.. enjoy!
How do i replace an accumulator belt on a Phaser

Open the Front Cover.

Release and move the IBT Cam Lever down.

Open the Right Side Door.

Removing the IBT Belt Assembly

Lift the Accumulator Belt Locking Level and pull the Assembly out to remove.

On the front, there will be 2 torx screws on a plastic strip. Remove those and the cleaning assembly.

There are 2 spring loaded clips. One on front and one on back that release the spring tension on the roller. You have to press them in and press the locking tabs.

Then go around the frame and remove the screws in order to "fold" the assembly and remove the belt.

Be very careful not to bend the bracket near the bearings or you will have belt tracking faults after replacement.

Be sure you install the belt in the correct direction. There is a silver patch on the belt that must be on the inside of the belt assembly when installing. Look at the old one before removing to determine the orientation of the belt.
