Siemens Dishwasher - no water coming in
It could be 1 of 2 things, first (most likely) is that by turning it upside down some dirt has gotten into the pressure switch, that's a disc shaped device with 1 or 2 small tubes and some wires attached. in this case you have to find the switch (usually high up on the front or back) remove the longer tube and blow down it to clear the blockage.
Or it could be your inlet valve is not working, this needs ac mains on it, for a solenoid that opens the valve, again you may need to remove it & see if the coil isn't burned out, either a multimeter or just put mains on the 2 wires & hear if it clcks open. Inlet valves can sometimes get blocked, so they don't get the pressure needed to open, i also had this problem in a high-rise flat where the water pressure was too low!...hope this helps...
