Assuming everything is back toether properly and was not the problem the frst place, remove the exhaust pipe to expose the exhaust ports to ensure they are not carbon block. Also check the exhaust it self for a spark arrestor screen that could hve been carbon fouled and clogged. Cannot free flow because of the problems noted above, you will not be able to run a two-stroke engine reliably.

No gas getting to cylinder on coleman 1850
I have never worked on this specific model but I am sure it has a fuel filter that would be where to start. If it doesn't have a filter install one. Also if no filter disconect the fuel line at the carb. and see if there is fuel. It should allow fuel to freely flow out of it so becareful. Also make sure the fuel shut off valve is open. If there is no fuel coming out of the line at the carb you have a clogged line and need to clean the tank and line to remove the clogg. If you do have fuel the carb is your problem and will need to take apart and clean.
Have a great evening
