You have a broken display. Take it to a Cell Phone Technician... Though you can try it yourself, it is not complicated and just need a few tools (you can get them @ Radio Shack or @ a hobby rc store) and first buy the part online (from a web site like ebay). Hope it helps, good luck

I too had the same problem. Uggraded 2x Still the same. I did a hard reset and back to normal. Just be sure to back up in your pro micro sd card remove the card do the hard reset and install the micro sd and go to restore . Look in your program in the and its the Sprite Back-up icon.

It is either a dead LCD screen or somehow one of the flex cable connections came lose. Probably the screen though.

I had a similar problem on my Palm Centro. I had plugged something into the headphone jack and the contacts stuck. I plugged and unplugged it a few times and it worked. A good source for Palm tech support is going to www.palm.com and using the Palm Chat option. They're usually very good.

Here is your answer and I have to give credit to Sprint for pointing me in the right direction....for once. Go to www.palm.com/support and then on the search tab in the top right corner, click on it and enter 4335, that brings up the download for a ringer.cab file. There are two ways to do it. I went through the internet on my palm for this and ran it staright from the site and believe it or not, I now can here my phone ring again. Unfortunately no it can not be. The Alltel network uses a CDMA network and At&T uses a GSM network. The sim card slot will not be available on the Alltel phone that AT&T will require. If you have a slot then the manufacture has it there for other carriers but the slot itself will be useless. Im sorry and hope this got you an answer fast enought to save you time. Hint: You can buy unlocked phones for certain carriers on ebay but be carefull as to some people dont really unlock them. My suggestion would be to check user feedback befor purchase

I can't get my Palm Treo to ring for incoming calls, text messages or email. It vibrates only.
