May problem of microwave oven model.kor-861h is not working fan&heater but ralay&digital display working so what is damages sir?

What you call all functions, I think it's only the front, the keys and the display. I think the main fuse or circuit breaker has tripped. Because when the magnetron does not work nothing will become warm. microwave ovens should not be opened by normal users. The voltage used to get the magnetron fire is very high and can kill you when you touch it. To reach this voltage, there are capacitors inside, that can hold this voltage for a long time. So even with no power cable attached inside can be dangerous voltages. Please don't try to do this yourself. If you want it repaired visit a repair centre, but opening and replacing the defective parts can cost more than a complete new microwave. So first ask what it could cost you if you bring it in for repairs. And check what a new one will set you back.

Possible that the pad is not working or a possible failure.

Remove cover after disconnecting , check for dirt/moisture in the cabin, if so wipe clean and dry, check the magnetron and area clean and use an jet air to clean off.
Make sure that the program controller is working if not check power - step down supply, the pads are responding- if not faulty pads- or the door switches, if contact is not through the microwave will not work.If only the start button is inactive but you are able to set timing then then the start button pad must be worn out.

On these units they have a self resetting device that you will need to activate this is done by unplugging the oven for at least one hour then plugging it back in and wait for 5 min then press the normal cancel button or you might even hear a click sound then you will be allowed to unlock it okay and close the door hope this helps you out please rate this solution it helps get better results for our customers like you

i cant work out if its broken or not over the years i do remember seeing a sanyo microwave that would not cook untill the time was set though have not seen another since (cause its a silly idea) but try setting the time and it might work

Hi, the microwave CAN be used, but SHOULDN'T without the wave guide cover. You'll compromise the life of your unit by doing so. It allows the microwaves to penetrate to the food items while protecting the magnatron from grease and food splatter etc. Some covers are plastic, but can be replaced as well. In my experience as a tech. I can walk into a part's store and purchase a complete sheet of it (typically "6x9" or 7"x10" or there about...sheet's) and cut it to my desired fit, depending on the microwave. They do all get contaminated with food, grease over time unless diligently keep clean after every use. Hope that help's. It is bad for the oven to run it empty, is there something where sparks were and try it with a cup of water.

Turn if off, and leave it alone, remove it, if you can remove the unit, take it in for service, something is wrong if you smell electrical, most people for some reason can smell and identify correctly electrical or at least insulation burning smells, which means something is burning internally, not safe, fire hazard, unit needs to be repaired by qualified technician or replaced with new unit, take no chances, nothing you can do to repair this, could be a shorting transformer, or shorting power cables, but to attempt to trouble shoot this with email is a long shot, and depends on your experience expertize and testing equipment.

I wish I could give you a short easy answer, but the hazard and your safety is more important than a microwave.
