it sounds like you have a fault with the high voltage side of you microwave as this involve a number of parts that can cause this and it involves around 4000volts its best to take it to a repair centreit might be thehigh voltage fuse but without some knowlage of appliance repair it is very dangerous to tackle on a diy level sorry i could not be more help
