The drain pipe is blocked by some rubbish at the elbow ,what can I if cannot drain water?

Depending on how wide the pipe is you need something long, thin and flexible to break up the blockage. You can buy wire drain clearing tools for household drains quite cheaply and larger outdoor drains might need more specialist tools so it is better to pay a specialist to do it for you.

Sink faucet has little pressure all others are fine

  1. Check the aerator: The aerator is a small mesh screen located at the end of the faucet spout. Over time, mineral buildup can clog the aerator and reduce water flow. Unscrew the aerator from the spout and clean it with a toothbrush and vinegar or a solution of water and baking soda. Rinse it thoroughly and reattach it.
  2. Check the supply valves: Make sure that the supply valves under the sink are fully open. Turn them off and on a few times to loosen any debris that may be stuck in the valves.
  3. Check the water pressure regulator: If your home has a water pressure regulator, it may be malfunctioning. A faulty regulator can cause low water pressure in certain areas of your home. Contact a plumber to check and replace the regulator if necessary.
  4. Check for leaks: Check for leaks in the pipes under the sink or in the supply line. A leak can reduce water pressure and cause other problems.
  5. Call a plumber: If you have tried these steps and the problem persists, it may be time to call a professional plumber. A plumber can diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action to restore normal water pressure to your sink faucet.

Sta-rite mse-7 vertical jet well pump will not prime.

If your Sta-rite vertical mse-7 pump will not prime, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the water level: Make sure the water level in the pool or spa is high enough to reach the skimmer and the pump. Low water levels can cause the pump to lose prime.
  2. Check the skimmer basket: Make sure the skimmer basket is clean and free of debris. A clogged skimmer basket can restrict water flow and prevent the pump from priming.
  3. Check the pump lid O-ring: Make sure the pump lid O-ring is in good condition and properly seated. A damaged or misaligned O-ring can cause air leaks and prevent the pump from priming.
  4. Check the suction plumbing: Check the suction plumbing for leaks, cracks, or other damage. Any air leaks on the suction side of the pump can cause loss of prime.
  5. Check the impeller: If the impeller is damaged or clogged with debris, it can prevent the pump from priming. Remove the pump basket and inspect the impeller for damage or debris. Clean or replace the impeller as needed.
  6. Check the pump seal: If the pump seal is damaged, it can allow air to enter the pump and prevent priming. Inspect the pump seal for damage and replace it if necessary.
If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, you may need to call a professional pool service technician to diagnose and repair the problem.

Black water comes from bathroom faucet when turned on for a secound

If black water comes out of the bathroom faucet when you turn it on, it could be an indication of a serious problem with your plumbing system. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:

Turn off the water supply:
The first step is to turn off the water supply to your home. This will prevent any more black water from coming out of the faucet.
Identify the source of the problem:
The black water could be caused by a number of factors, such as rust in the pipes, sediment buildup, or contamination. It is important to identify the source of the problem before taking any further steps.
Flush the system:
Once you have identified the source of the problem, you can flush the system to remove any sediment or rust buildup. Turn on all of the faucets in your home, including the one that was releasing black water, and let the water run for several minutes. This will help to clear out the pipes and remove any debris.
Call a plumber:
If the problem persists after flushing the system, or if you are unable to identify the source of the problem, it is recommended that you call a licensed plumber. A professional plumber will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action to resolve it.
In summary, if black water comes out of your bathroom faucet, it is important to turn off the water supply, identify the source of the problem, flush the system, and call a plumber if necessary.

Ofcourse it’s best to call a professional

How to remove Arbor single handle Dome (kitchen faucet)?

  1. Turn off the water supply valves under the sink.
  2. Turn on the faucet handle to release any water remaining in the lines.
  3. Locate the set screw on the handle or the underside of the dome, depending on the faucet model.
  4. Use an Allen wrench to remove the set screw by turning it counterclockwise.
  5. Once the set screw is removed, grip the dome or handle with your hands and pull straight up to remove it from the faucet body.
  6. If the dome is difficult to remove, you may need to use a strap wrench or pliers to loosen it before pulling it off.
  7. After the dome is removed, you should have access to the faucet cartridge, which can be replaced if necessary.
It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific faucet model, as the steps may vary slightly depending on the design. Additionally, it's a good idea to have a bucket or towel handy to catch any water that may drip out of the faucet during the removal process.

My ITT Magna pump LD7AC pressure switch will not stay on or keep jets running. Whats the fix?

The ITT Magna pump LD7AC pressure switch is used to control the pressure in a water system. If the pressure switch is not staying on or the jets are not running, it could indicate a problem with the pressure switch or the water system. Here are some potential solutions to try:
  1. Check the air pressure: Make sure that the air pressure in the pressure tank is set correctly. If the air pressure is too low, the switch may not stay on.
  2. Check the pressure switch: Make sure that the pressure switch is properly adjusted and not damaged. The switch should be adjusted to turn on at the correct pressure and turn off at a slightly lower pressure.
  3. Check the water system: Make sure that the water system is not losing pressure. This could be due to a leak in the system or a clogged water filter.
  4. Check the electrical connections: Make sure that the electrical connections are secure and not corroded. Loose or corroded connections can cause the switch to malfunction.
If these solutions do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to seek professional assistance to diagnose and repair the problem. A qualified technician will be able to diagnose the issue and repair the pump or pressure switch as necessary.

Everpure faucet leaks at handle, how to fix ??

If your Everpure faucet is leaking at the handle, the problem could be a faulty O-ring or a worn-out cartridge. Here are the steps you can follow to fix the leak:
  1. Turn off the water supply: Before you start working on the faucet, make sure to turn off the water supply to prevent any accidents.
  2. Remove the handle: Use a screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the handle in place. Once the screw has been removed, you can gently pull the handle off the faucet.
  3. Check the O-ring: Look for an O-ring around the base of the handle. If the O-ring is damaged, worn or missing, it can cause water to leak from the handle.
  4. Replace the O-ring: If the O-ring is damaged, replace it with a new one. You can purchase O-rings at a hardware store or online.
  5. Check the cartridge: If the O-ring is in good condition, the problem could be a worn-out cartridge. You may need to remove the cartridge and replace it with a new one.
  6. Reassemble the faucet: Once the O-ring or cartridge has been replaced, reassemble the faucet by putting the handle back in place and tightening the screw.
  7. Turn on the water supply: Finally, turn the water supply back on and test the faucet to see if the leak has been fixed.
If you're having difficulty fixing the leak or if the problem persists, it may be best to contact Everpure customer support for further assistance. They can help you diagnose the problem and recommend the best solution.

Why does touchless water faucet only work when other faucet turned on?

It's possible that the solenoid valve in the touchless faucet is not functioning properly, and needs to be replaced. Another possibility is that there is a loose or broken wire in the electrical circuit that powers the solenoid valve. You may want to check the connections and wiring, and consult a plumber or electrician if necessary, to help diagnose and repair the issue.

I purchased a house that has a flotec laundry tray system Model #S1800v-03 and noticed it is leaking where the top and bottom case connect with screws.

It's possible that the gasket between the top and bottom case has worn out and needs to be replaced. You can check the manual for the system or contact the manufacturer for more information on how to replace the gasket. It's also possible that the screws need to be tightened to prevent the leaking. If the pump is not turning on, you may want to check the float switch and make sure it's functioning properly.

Water flow is low on WR Kitchen Faucet.

i'm guessing ...but... take it off ..take it to the outside faucet or water hose hold the hose end tight on the faucet outlet and turn it on to back flush it what went in should come out .. but have you checked the screen on the spicket (where the water comes out) that usually unscrews an you will see a screen inside there that can get clogged in addition to several plastic aerator bits that can get clogged and this is a LOT easier than removing the faucet and back flushing it ..

The clip on my push pull faucet is frozen and will not move up or down any idea how I can get it to move. Thanks

  1. Try applying a penetrating oil such as WD-40 to the clip and moving it back and forth to help loosen any rust or debris that may be causing it to stick.
  2. Use a pair of pliers or a small wrench to gently grip the clip and try to move it up and down. Be careful not to apply too much force, as you don't want to damage the faucet.
  3. If the clip is still stuck, you may need to remove the faucet handle and access the clip from the inside. Depending on the design of your faucet, this may require removing a setscrew or using a special tool to access the clip.
