You have not specified under what scenario you are facing this problem

Pls check if you face this problem while not using the phone if it's idle, or do you face this problem while powering the phone on, or does it go off by itself while charging the phone.

however one common problem could be as follows:

You need to have your PC suite software cd that comes with the unit when you purchased it, install the PC suite first then after installation connect your phone as instructed, just follw the procedure and you will be connected

use wap GPRS to download the jar file and file will automatically placed to games and more folder and software is ready to use. although it will cost the data usage charges as per the network service provider plan for gprs.
