If you take out the image unit and transfer belt at the back of the printer you can lift a cover. the laser unit is under it clean the glass. put all back and test.

Had the same problem. Samsung said new machine or circuit board.I had nothing to loose, so I tried cleaning and remelting solder joints.You can Google to findout more and make your oun decesion. I sprayed liquid solder flux on the solder side of the board and put in preheated 450" oven for 25min and took it out to cool. Ihas worked fine ever since. I will try again on other boards if I have a similar problem. I fixed a circuit board on the body control module on my Escalade last weekend. I could see the bad joint on this board with careful examination. I used a solder gun this time because I could see the exact spot and it was a larger solder joint. Hope this helps you. Robert

That error is not listed in the manual, could be a fuser problem, sensor problem, or the main PCB is defective. They have a one year warranty, hope it's still within that period!
