My sony laptop needs to bypass the log on password
This can usually be achieved but firstly you would have to prove the laptop belongs to you and isn't stolen - A Sony laptop will usually have a Microsoft Windows operating system and passwords can usually be changed using a 'boot' cd or password recovery disc (I'm presuming you haven't created a password recovery disc or you wouldn't have posted your question on fixya) - Download a boot cd and burn it to disc using another computer - set the start-up options on the locked laptop to 'boot from cd first' (You'd need to press one of the keys as soon as your laptop begins booting up to get into the BIOS or SETUP so you can choose this option - it might be shown on screen or you can Google it to find out which key to press) - Once you've booted from the cd instead of from the operating system on the laptop's hard drive you should follow the instructions on screen - then take out the cd, change the boot settings back to 'internal hard drive first', and re boot into Windows

How do i fix the left arrow key on my keyboard, its not working
This is something that should be tackled by a professional repair technician. It involves removing the top of the laptop and getting at the keys. It may be something simple such as cleaning the switch under the key, or it might mean having to replace the whole keyboard switch system.

II replace the hard drive in my sony vio all in one desktop, wil that correct all errors
It depends on the type of errors you are experiencing. Replacing the hard drive and reloading the operating system may resolve a great deal of software related problems, including issues with the operating system. And it will also resolve any hardware related issues that you had with the original hard drive. But replacing the drive won't help with other hardware related problems such as motherboard, ram, power supply and optical drive issues.
