Maybe you need to set an option on the phone to be able to use a printer. It's a WINDOWS phone....
you have to go to the wireless service provider to acquire/request new PUK numbers. they will assist you but you have to visit them at a retail outlet.
Depends on the model of phone. Go to the phone manufacturer's website -> support -> and dowload the drivers for that model of phone for Windows Vista or comparable OS.
