I'm not sure just witch end of the system your having trouble with. But here goes. The site or company you are erring money from in the pay per click, will deposit your funds into your PayPal account, providing you gave them your PayPal account info. The usually ask for this when you sing up. It depends on how the site you are working with works. Some require you to log in to there site and tell them to transfer the funds, while others will automatically transfer the funds. This may happen once a moth or every few months or even once a week, depending on the site and there policies. So go to the site in witch you are earning the pay per clicks on and log into your account and check there polices.

Now if the money has shown up in your PayPal account, you can transfer it to your bank account in PayPal or spend it on Ebay as I do, or if you have a PayPal debit card you can use that. All depends on you and your PayPal account.

Make sure there are funds in your PayPal account. If not, transfer funds from your bank account to PayPal. Existing payment methods include credit cards. Do you have credit cards linked to PayPal? If not, link at least one, it saves a lot of hassle. PayPal used to transfer funds automatically from your bank acct to PayPal if the funds for a transaction were insufficient, but that has changed - you have to make sure your PP acct is in credit.

Dont have credit card can still use paypal

You can use PayPal as a way to receive money without a credit card or debit card. Although if you have a bank account you want the money transferred to, you will need to have some way to transfer the funds through paypal using your account.
If you want to send money, you need your bank account/debit card/credit card linked to paypal.

I recently lost my credit

Hi,

Please follow the below step for your problem.

Step 1: Log in to your paypal account.

Step 2: Click profile at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click Credit/Debit Cards under financial information.

Step 4: Select the credit card to remove and click remove your old credit card.

A few things to keep in mind:

1) You cannot remove a card if you have a pending transaction or if your card was the backup payment method for a recent instant bank payment. Wait a few days and try again.

2) You may not be able to remove your card if you have negative balance in your paypal account. In this situation, you must bring your balance to zero or higher to remove your card.

3) If you remove your only card and have confirmed bank account, you'll no longer be able to make instant bank payments. Instead they'll be sent as eChecks, which take three to four working days to process.

After remove your old credit card, you can attached your new credit card with your paypal account.
