If you can't uninstall it from your application manager, you should be able to disable it and turn off notifications, clear cache and delete data. Once that's done look in the file manager for the app folder and delete it. Aka manually uninstalling.

Click the "Need help?" link on the Gmail sign-in page.

Go to Google.com, at the top right of your screen there will either be a "Sign in" button or your account displayed. If you need to sign in, do so, if you're already signed in you should click the gmail link and you will be directed to your Gmail account.

Do you really want to let someone else into your account? Wouldn't it be better to sign out of your account and let the other person in on his/her own account? You can sign out of your Gmail account by clicking your avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out." If you really want to let a guest into your account, simply tell him/her your password.
