Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. CL
means child lock, it might have got locked. Try pressing "dry" &
"spin" together for 10 seconds or until the CL disappears. Also try
pressing "end of cycle" for over 5 seconds. If this doesn't work
then try pressing "options & select" till the light goes off.
Also try and press ECO and rapid buttons together for more than 10 seconds. Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further
assistance.
Thanks

Hi
This issue can be either due to unbalanced load or due to something stuck in the drain pump or drain filter. To check you'll need to disassemble the washer to check the load and the drain pump. To check the drain pump, follow the procedure-
Drain Pump--
1. Disassemble the cabinet cover.
2. Separate the pump hose, the bellows and the circulation hose assembly from the pump assembly. Please note that there would be lots of water when you'll remove the hose from the pump.
3. Disassemble the pump assembly in anticlockwise direction. Clean the pump and the filter screen. Check for coins, zippers, etc.
Noise Filter--
1. Unscrew the screw from the top plate.
2. Unplug the 2 connectors.
To remove anything stuck between the drum and tub-
1. Disassemble the cabinet cover.
2. Separate the heater from the tub.
3. Remove any foreign objects (wire, coin, etc.) by inserting a long bar in the opening.
Also, make sure the dampers are fine and the balancing load/s is not loose. Hope this helps... If it does please do not forget to accept the solution or post back for assistance.
