u can make it single channel one by changing its setup. it will print single trace in the same paper. when u select this option it use more paper than the three trace.

There is no ink in that model, it is a thermal printer. You might have the wrong paper or a bad print head or a bad print roller. To test this. Get some thermal paper (You will know it is thermal if you expose it to a heat source and it turns black) and some electrical tape. But a small strip of electrical tape on the print roller. Then do a test sheet. if it prints out darker where you have the electrical tape on the roller it means you need a new roller or possibly a new paper tray cover. You are not getting enough pressure where the two make contact. if you get nothing you need a new print head. We can help with this, 800 989 4909, ask for Jeff

Navigate to the ECG settings using the control panel or keyboard. Look for the option related to print settings or number of sheets. Select "1 sheet" or the equivalent option. Try rebooting the machine 70@;then flush the print head. If it still doesn't print you will have to replace the head. There are some online companies that can guarantee to flush it.

not familiar but have you set up the print menu we're it requests the number of pages to be printed! Best i can suggest.
