Ch-07 Splits = Compressor Over Current or discharge pipe temp high.
Reasons: LC condenser block-Clean it.
Less rpm of fan motor.-Replace capacitor.

Yes, your old one was probably a dual capacitor. The middle terminal was common to the compressor capacitor and fan capacitor. The new capacitor if for the compressor only. You will need to reuse the fan side of the capacitor or purchase a separate capacitor for the fan. I hope this helps.

Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short. Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5

Check for communication from indoor to out door.Check power in out door unit. If not, check the following.
Keep cool mode and temp setting minimum 3 degree less than room temp.
Check indoor unit return air sensor. Disconnect sensor from PCB and measure resistance. 8 kOhm at 30C and 13 kOhm at 20C if not replace air sensor

Check Indoor Pipe Sensor Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Pipe sensor = 5kOhm at 25C. If not replace pipe sensor.

Check power to PCB and also power to blower motor. If power not to blower, then replace PCB. If power to PCB check room sensor and coil sensor for continuity. If no continuity, replace it.

you will need to check to see if the compressor is coming on, make sure it is getting the 220 volts, the wires are connected and not burnt, and that the fan is working. Check these things and if they are all good then feel free to past again, Tim

Air conditioning real definition is not giving cool but removing heat from the room. In same way for heating, it's not heating, removing cool from the room. When your indoor coil, air filter and blower wheel are full of dust, you won't get even 30% of cool or heat depend on your selection.
Simple solution for your problem is clean indoor unit completely. Check all sensor is working well. In heat mode keep temp minimum +3 degree than room temp. thanks and helpful.

CH 33 -Excessive rise of standard compressor discharge temperature. If over 105°C check refrigerant charge. Over charged, release little gas still to normal PSI. If condenser full of debris, clean it.

You need to note the pattern of the flashes, short or long flashes etc.
there is a legend that explains all the possible codes.

Example: 3 long flashes 1 short flash, the legend will say something like hi pressure safety switch
or low pressure safety switch , this could mean dirty coils, inside and outdoors, or bad fan motors either location as well, the compressor may be over heating or overloading, or be gong bad. a capacitor may be the culprit, what you can do is see the fuses and airflows good and no coils blocked etc , notice if any motors stop causing the flasing lockout condition.
