Cooling doesn't stay on
The outside and inside coils may need cleaning. Clogged coils cause excess pressures and heat of the freon that can cause safety switches to shut er down. Eveen a faulty power relay in the outside unit.Otherwise you may need a serviceman to locate the cause.

We were getting an E4 but now we get an E2 but
I do know that the owners manual should show you what each and every code means? Some times the manufacture will paste a strip located on the panel of the indoor unit showing what each code means. If not, I would contact the factory on this. I know on Bryant, Mitsubishi splits, Day and night, (Bryants), Tranes, Lennox and most all others, do show in the manual and on the unit behind the panel. Try looking for them there.

My ac is not blowing cold air?
There can be multiple reasons for this. Is the outside condensing unit running? and this is assuming that the wall hung AHU is blowing? Also is there any tripped breakers/ burnt fuses, etc.? With a few more variables answered we may be able to come up with the solution to your problem.

How to charge a refrigerant of split type aircon.
Assuming you have the proper equipment to service the unit the best option is to weigh in the charge- superheat/subcooling calculations fly out of the window on mini-splits and the frustration and time spent trying to achieve proper refrigerant balance is more pricy than recovering the charge and reweighing it into the system. If you are not experienced in this field attempting to do so can cause major damage to very expensive equipment.

My outdoor unit fan rotates slowly and compressor
The compressor is probably tripping on high discharge pressure due to the slow fan rotation. That can be caused by a weak capacitor or the fan motor failing. The capacitor can be checked with a multimeter that has the capacitor check function. The capacitors are inexpensive but the fan motor will be another story. You should also check the voltage going to the fan motor.

I have an LG LS092
The "head unit" mounted on the wall shows you the current room temperature. On your remote it shows what temperature you are trying/want to achieve.
