I need a new gun for my Powermig 110 the triger brok off any Idea where I can find or if Tweco makes one that will fit.

If you can afford it upgrade to the 140 or bigger. Tools are also a great investment. Don't buy cheap. Look at ebay for replacement parts for the 100. When you go to ebay look at the feedback % and how many times they have sold, not bought. I've had good luck there but I am very picky.Bryan

I HAVE A POWER MIG 110 DOES NOT FEED WIRE UNLESS

Hi:

If your drive rolls need an extra pressure on them, that means you are using an oversize rolls, you did not mention what kind of wire is it (solid or fluxcore) probably your drive rolls are 035.
If youa re using fluxcore wire (no gas needed) the you should buy a knurled type roll that will cure the problem. Your machine is capable to weld up to 3/16" thickness using flux core wire or 10 gauge using solid wire-gas.

If this was useful to you please vote, thanks.

Drive wheels slip and won't feed wire. tensioner

make sure your drive wheels and contact tip is the right ones for the size of wire you are using. if your tensioner is too tight it will crush your wire and it will not feed through your contact tip.

loosen off your tensioner and remove any wire that has gone through your drive wheels.

I have a Hobart 10000

It sounds like your soft arc or arc start exciter is going bad. This should kick up the engine immediately, when you strike an arc. If you keep the welder on a truck, this is a common problem. Although Hobart makes a fantastic machine, all welders kept exposed to the elements have this problem from time to time. Before replacing parts, I would clean ALL contact points and replace any that are burnt or pitted. Sometimes, it will save you a bundle.

Does anyone know who make Astro Power wire

As far as I know, they are made by Cebora which is an Italian company. Try welding-direct.com as well, you should be able to search for parts through them.

Good Luck!

I just bought a Mishto 220BZ MIG, TIG, MMA inverter welder but it does not come with a manual?

Louis D Biasi You resurrected a 12 year old unanswered question which will now stick on the Homepage, 'Unsolved' despite being answered. It is always better to make a squeaky fresh, clean question of your own. The area where you posted is the 'Additional Information' information are so perhaps the OP can take his apart for you, but where the trigger connects should be pretty straight forward. Electrical schematics are available. Here are some manuals https://www.manualslib.com/brand/mishto/welding-system.html But is appears to also go by the name of 'Rossi'. Better manual here https://www.manualslib.com/products/Rossi-Welders-Weld-Mig220bz-3941072.html ..
