I have been searched unsuccessfully for "Zurich deadbolt keyless remote" in order to help you. However, if the picture shown in your request is accurate for your lock, I have found some information which may be useful to you!
The brand that I found is Lockstate, which looks like the lockset pictured. Go to this webpage (copy & paste into your browser search window):
http://www.lockstate.com/manuals-and-downloads.html?start=10
Go to the bottom of that page, to "LOCK LS-DBS" and click on Download. This will download a PDF file of the installation and programming instructions.
If you cannot open and view the download, you will need to download and install Adobe Reader. You can get it here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
If this is not the correct information for your lock, please re-submit the problem and I'll try again. Any further model info, etc., will be helpful.
Good luck--and please provide feedback if this helps!

I have a Rona keyless lock with two fob remotes
I've located a number that you can call for RONA customer service:
1-866-283-2239
8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Monday to Friday
I believe this is the link to RONA where you find your lock featured for sale:
http://www.rona.ca/shop/~deadbolt-digital-deadbolt-rona-collection-253947_locksmithing-accessories_rona-product-line_shop
Unfortunately, there is no downloadable instruction manual to download, ETC., so call the number and begin the process--I hope you get an answer without too much telephone runaround!
Good luck!--and please give feedback if this helps you toward a solution.
Technical
The lock's fingerprint recognition technology has a failure rate of 1 in 1 million - far lower than an old fashion 5 lever mortice lock. You'd have to be flippin' unlucky for an unathuorised access. However, you should be advised that early devices have been discovered to be vulnerable to quite simple methods of deception, such as fake fingerprints cast in gels. But who do you know that will take your fingers and deep them in a gel? That's a lot of work for someone who just wants to get into your house. He'll be better off if he'll go to you neighbor's house.

I had to replace my batteries in my electronic deadbolt and now it won't let me reset the code and I've followed the directions and not working
You didn't say what brand or model, so here's a generic answer:
Find the instructions to reset it to factory codes. Sometimes this is as easy as removing the battery and waiting an hour (or a day) and other times you have to enter special codes, or disconnect a jumper, or connect 2 points with a wire to erase the codes. Once you have the lock reset, put brand new batteries in and follow the instructions for programming a brand new lock.
If you don't have the instructions, you can often find them online by entering the brand and model # into the search box of Google or YouTube along with a word or phrase like "instructions" or "manual" or "getting started."
