Hello. I recommend the following: 1. Use high test gas in the snowthrower, not regular. 2. Do not prime it more than one time. 3. Use starter fluid by giving a couple squirts into the air cleaner. 4. If necessary have one person squirt the starting fluid while another starts the snowthrower.

Try getting some fresh gas and 2 cycle oil mix. Mix up a fresh batch and see how that works for you..
When I say fresh I mean from the gas station not from the can in the garage.

Fuel tank vent may be plugged, fuel filter in tank may be plugged or screen in carb may be plugged. if not ,after 20 min., you may need a break.

Grab the bottom of the motor shaft with a pliers and the plastic part will twist off by turning it counter clock wise.

After the bolts have been removed from the head, tap all the way around the head with a rubber mallet,

Your bearing in the head is going bad. Don't use or it will damage more componets. You need to replace. Hope this helps.
