Check the drain tray under the evaporator its probably froze over causing water to overflow in the freezer

Roll up the stands on the right and left sides of the refrigerator. They are in the front next to the wheels. It should roll fine after that.

The previous post is correct. The wheels themselves do not lock.

Had the same problem + a weird noise, which turned out to be ice build up on the blower fan. Unplugged overnight and then opened the lower back panel. There is a small fan that blows over some small coils at the bottom of the box. There is also a drip pan that should be "full" of water. I sponged out the drip pan, put the panel back on and then plugged back in. Works great.

Try to raise by adjust the 2 front footing slightly higher than the back, this will tilt the unit slightly backwards. That will help the door to close back by itself.
