This could be a power issue. Make sure your battery pack wire connections are good. If they are loose, I suggest purchasing the Seca 400 power adapter, which works with this model.

You may do the following to helps you solve the issue with the Error that you are getting:

1. Switch off the scale with the Start key and start the scale again. The scale will then
work normally again.

2. If this is not the case, disconnect the power supply by briefly removing the batteries.

If this measure is equally unsuccessful, the last option you have is to inform the Service department. This will require advance troubleshooting that only people from Seca can provide. You may reach them through this.

Try a simple reset first. Turn the scales Off, remove the batteries and unplug it from the wall power source if it has one. Do not do anything to the scales for 5 minutes. Refit (or replace) the batteries and plug it back into the wall power outlet if it is using one. Turn the scale back on. This should clear the error code. If the code comes back you will need a repairer to look at it as it could be a problem with the parts inside the scale.
