Just sits and shudders when you push any button except the up and down button
HI, mine started doing the shuddering. It would roll OK, but shudder when the massage part kicked in. I took it apart. There is a plastic gear on the shaft at the bottom of the massage motor. It has a broken tooth. I called the support number for human touch: (800) 355-2762 and they only sell all the mechanical guts as a package for $125.00. I'm still looking for just the gear but am having no luck.

AS if the light in the remote is blinking ,that what you mentioned .then there can be only two problems
1)The battery in the remote is got weak .so replace the battery.and check out many a times the problem gets solved.
2)and the other confirm problem is.There is a control board in the chair .on the control board there are many components .but the most common component is the control power IC.The number of the IC is IC498YU and exactly beside that ic there are two resistors the number of the resistor is r79 and r73.this there things has to be checked and replaced the cost of the IC is near to $6 and the cost of both the resistor is near to $1.if you are not familiar with technical knowledge then get it done with proper repair person.a repair person who is very much familiar with using soldering iron and multimeter will be more then enough.
-----------BUT first replace the battery of remote and check out,before doing any reparing.if that does not helps then gop for the reparing.--------- also check out any loose wiring connection in the control board area.------------
