If it is brand new and leaking, it sounds like your pool filter has a connection problem. Check your connections to make sure that they are tight and sound and that you do not have any hairline cracks.

The low flow message on any Balboa means that you are having an issue with the flow of water through your heating unit. This can be caused by a few things.

• Low water levels
• Dirty filters
• Something is impeding your water flow

Top up your water level and make sure it is where it needs to be, clean your filters or replace them, and check that nothing is impeding your water flow at the skimmer or water intakes. Here is a link to water flow issues. F2 Error Code Trouble Shooting

Replace the O-ring or seal.

Don't change with a like product from Intex - they are a toy. Get a real pool pump - spend a little more $$$ and you will be so much happier with an upgrade.

Get rid of that "Toy" and get a real pump. You will be so much more pleased & happier with a Real Pool Pump setup. Call your local pool dealer and get a good upgrade.

There will be a hole in a seam most likely. Take some soapy water and go around the seam on the top rim where it goes together and locate your leak.If the top won't stay full of air there is definitely a leak.RodUS Parts Center 888-521-6183

ure the propeller and shaft turn, but I woulsd dare to say that they are actually turning independant of each other. Sort of like a stripped nut on a bolt. They both look like they are in place and working, but when you add any sort of pressure they just don work the way that they are supposed to. I bet the shaft is actually spinning inside of the propeller, as soon as the water pressure is built up, it fails. Spinning it with your fingers will not imitate the real life pressures exerted on the propeller and shaft, that the water pressure exerts under load (in operation). I would either rebuild it with new parts (new shaft and Propeller) or just go out and buy a new one with a warranty. There is no other reason why this pump will jnot throw water through your system... NO REASON, unless you have the thing hooked up wrong, but I think that would be impossible, wouldn't it?

It could be the o-ring on this model. There is a seal on these pool filters that looks like a rubber ring inside the lid. You might need to replace this ring if your pump is leaking here.

You can simply buy a larger pool filter that is designed for pools in your size range. Look for one that is designed for smaller above ground pools. You can find lots of different pool filters at backyardcitypools.com.

If the water is leaking, it sounds like you have a connection problem or a hair line fracture in your pool filter. Check all of your connections for loose ones and you should be able to repair the leak.

The outlet from the skimmer goes to the pump inlet (center) the pump outlet goes to the filter inlet. The filter inlet goes to the return to the pool.

You should be able to find a patch kit at a Walmart or similar store. Just follow the directions on the kit. You want to patch it right away before the rip spreads and the tear gets bigger.
