Rigid band saw tires come off

Glue them on. You might need to replace them. They're standard for just about all brands of 14" band saws. If you do that, check into replacing the blocks that rub the sides of the blade with ceramic. They work great.

In the Market for a better Band Saw

Everybody wants to resaw, but the only saw I've seen that will do it is a resaw, they are big, powerful machines. I have an old delta 14, with an aftermarket 1 hp motor, trying to resaw is a nightmare. I don't try anymore. Jet makes a big resaw, so does grizzly, both Taiwan machines, what isn't>? But they work. If you are lucky enough to find an old bandsaw with 36 inch wheels and a ten HP motor, that would be nice, you could resaw whole cars in that thing.!I The $300 special might be worth getting and customizing to work, You would need a big blade, about 1 inch min, and a bigger motor, say 2HP min, Then hope that the tracking system will take the heavy cuts. When I have to slice something , I do it first on the table saw, cut both sides, then run it through the band saw at its max cut, 6 1/2 inches, then plow it through the planer. Always a way around this stuff. Hope this helps.

Blade does not track properly causes

Depending on the make and model of the bandsaw there should be tracking adjustment handwheels to get the bands to run center. If you have already done this, then inspect the drive wheel and the idler for being slightly bent, and or bearing/shaft failure.

Wheels won't turn

OK I checked a couple sites and depending on the model number one of the motors is obsolete, the other is about 240.00 list. Are you sure the motor is bad? If so what I would do is if you have a local Grainger supply center give them the numbers off the motor and let them match it up with a Dayton motor. I didn't see anything special on the one that I looked at. It appears to have a straight shaft with a keyway for the pulley. Before I drove the 150 miles double check the motor and also it appears that it has a capacitator to check also. Let me know if I can help further but I wish I had better info for you.

Rubber bands pop off of wheels

My Delta 14" had the same problem. My fix was to get new rubbers, took care of my issue. They do stretch, but the newer the rubbers are the more the will retain there form, the older they are, not so much.

Motor power question

Horsepower is the maximum power produced by the motor. Saws with high horsepower ratings are good for pattern cutting and cutting down thick stock. Higher horsepower also allows the saw to cut through thick stock without bogging down or burning the wood.

I have a Ridgid R4510 table saw and while making a cut a board jammed and the table saw stopped and the house circuit tripped. Now the table saw will not start.

Most table saws have a overload circuit breaker, check that. It is usually a red button that trips.

I lost the Elevation Handle on my ridgid ts2400-1 table saw and the parts are obsolete. Anyone have a fix?

If the part is missing you are stuck on that one, no fix that I have seen here, in fact I have never seen a single question about this make of table saw.

Where can I find a replace part for ridgid 823565

Your options appear to be: 1) contact the manufacturer: 800-474-3443 https://www.ridgid.com/us/en/contact-us 2) try to find the part on ebay Here it is on ebay (purportedly): https://www.ebay.com/i/One-1-Ridgid-trunnion-clamp-shoe-part-823565-for-14-bandsaw-/112577506256?rmvSB=true 3) check the users forum on the www.ridgid.com website 4) look for a used one for parts I have no way of knowing the part numbers and how such might match with parts sold on ebay. The manufacturer might be able to help with such. The part number you supply appears to be for a "shoe." I do not find replacement sources.
