There may be an internal fuse, but the unit will need to be serviced by an electronics shop.
If no odor or burning smell happened, then I suspect a bad solder joint or cracked circuit board. Look the board over with a very bright light.
LOOK for a dark circle around pins of HEAVEY components in the solder menicus for all the pins of the heavy components.

Manual for Epi Blues Custom 30
Hello,
Having sold guitars for many years, I can tell you that Epiphone uses a standard "care and maintenance" manual for the majority of their guitars, placing them with types rather than models of their guitars. I don't sell guitars anymore, but recently purchased an Ibanez Artist, and they do the very same thing. The manual I received with this $1,200.00 guitar has on the front "Instruction Manual for Electric guitars" and is not model-specific. If you would like, I can assist you with any aspect of your guitars care and maintenance. You can receive a generalised manual directly from Epiphone for about $12.00 (but sometimes free if you've purchased recently and one was not included) or you additionally may find one on eBay or similar sites.

4. You may need to take the instrument in to a music shop and have the neck "brazed" (like welding or soldering).

The most likely case is that one of the main output transistors (if which there are many) is shorted. When the protect circuit senses DC on the final output, it will not allow the output relay to come on to protect the speakers from raw DC. With the power removed, you can check between each outputs Emitter and Collector and you will probably find close to zero ohms. From that point you need to unsolder each of the pins of the bad channel until you find the shorted device(s) and replace them.
