The crossfader is to gently fade from one source to another. If you only have one, the crosfader isn't useful... it would act like a plain fader with one side being dead and the other at full volume.

You are probably overdriving the inputs. You haven't told us the source of the inputs and we can't guess where they may come from. You need to read the manual and make sure your source outputs are within range of what this unit requires.

I replaced the transformer and

Transformers rarely fail... you wasted money on that... Likely one of the rectifier diodes/module or filter caps has shorted. Continued use will burn out the transformer. It is humming because it is overloaded with failing components.

It hs no instument lighting,Chanell

is there power to it? does sound come out of it? if not it could be fried or about to fry. Behringer makes low end products, which tend to break fast. if you dont have any sound or lights chances are its unfixable

The effect button not lighting

The LED looks like it is a simple switch closure...

Here is your schematics:

http://elektrotanya.com/behringer_djx700-professional_sch.pdf/download.html

Scroll down and wait for a link "Get Manual" that has something like "two downloads per day" if not registered... and click on the link to get your schematic... The schematics are NOT that easy to understand as the switches are NOT labeled with their function so you have to do some head scratching to figure them out.

Line/Phono switch? Cant find them

Look on the switch for a brand name... often they use a lot of ALPS products. I normally search DigiKey.com and Mouser.com, and Allied electronics and Newark.com.

Behringer online is of little help. I have called them and got parts directely. They don't stock a lot and sometimes it takes a little while to get the product.

I have the Behringer Eurorack

It sounds like one of the output devices is going bad, ie., output transistor, capacitor, resistor or maybe just a bad connection on one of the above menitoned items. One other problem which causes this would be the main or sub volume slider or pot is wearing out and needs to be replaced. It would definately be worth your while to have a technician trace down and fix the problem on this board. Hope this helps.

My mic input socket is broken do you have the part

The XLR mic connector is a board mounted part... You will not like the effort to replace it as most of the hardware must be removed from the panel to allow the circuit board to be removed so you can swap the XLR connector. Getting parts from Behringer is time consuming... but may be the only way to insure getting compatible one. Call Behringer to get their part number at 1-425-672-0816
The order from Full Compass... expect it to take a couple months as their repair parts chain is really slow now.

Pulled the female rca out

Re-using an old connector is a hack job. Just get a new correct one from Behringer or search for one on DigiKey.com.

The connector is probably board mounted and it is unlikely an old one from a VCR would match the board connections. The connector will be VERY inexpensive.

I've been using a Behringer XenyX1222FX board in my recording system for about 4 years now and have been quite satisfied with it's reliability. Try to find a dealer who will demo the mixer for you.

Had a djx700 mixer for a couple of years

Open the unit and search for a hot chip with your finger on the failing side.

One of the chips or circuitry is likely drawing too much current. I have seen traces on a circuit board start to short out and cause this due to spillage of liquid in a mixer.

You could use circuit cooler to cool suspect chips to see if it restores. This would be a quick way to isolate bad chip.

I have an operational problem.

Here is Behringers website:http://www.behringer.com/EN/Support/ If you look at whatever model you want under products, the download link for the manual is usually on that page. For any other manufacturer, try typing the manufacture, model number and support or manual into Google or your search engine.
