My charger blinks and doesent charge...changed
This usually means the charger is broken but it could be a wiring loom problem, a fault with the charger plug or socket, a main control box problem (unlikely) or even very low battery voltage. Most chargers require a combined voltage of at least 16 volts before the charger will work.
Very slow go go scooter
hi, Sorry but those scooters are not stable at higher speeds,
the controller and battery fitted to those scooters cannot be made to give more power hence more speed, there is a number of reasons, the motor draws power from the controller and the controller gets what it requires from the battery, if you put on higher amps batteries , the scooter will go further not faster,
you would need to upgrade the motor to make it go faster, now the controllers are norrmally overrated so it could handle the extra power required, I would say it's impossible to upgrade the motor.
So another mobility scooter would be required,.
Don't get me wrong, there are lite scooters that go 8mph , I think TGA do one.

I have a Go Go scooter that is an older model. It
Hi, That sounds like the speed pot is faulty,
When going along push the lever in the upwards direction as well as forward , does it speed up ? does it response ? if so then that's the problem.
There could be a issue with the metal key making a good contact when inserted.

With batter fully charged and when stopped the
Hi, That sounds like a switch problem, the turning it off and on ?
Could be a loose wire inside the control panel, carefully remove the top cover of the control panel and locate the wires to the ignition switch check that they are not loose, if not then look at the ignition switch it self. Maplins(UK) do sell a similar unit.

Mine has a full battery charge but just beeps and
well ,you answered it , normally there are two to three wires soldered to the key lock, sounds like wires or one has broken loose, you will need to remove the control panel and you should be able to see a wire loose or a wire move when you move the key lock.

Lost the main key and can't find the second key.
most keys for that type of scooter are the same, (not like a house or car key) call Pride 1-800-800-8586 for replacement or any Pride dealer can help you. Also, a paper clip can jump the ignition by placing it in their to get you around temp.
Charging light wont come on, this is my first time
make sure the outlet your using to plug in the charger is good (plug in a lamp, light or radio to check) if good make sure the charging cord is plugged in all the way. If you using an extention cord, try without.
I have a pride victory xl8. Problem - was running
All scooters have a protection system built in to prevent burning up the motor, and the user, should the scooter overheat. It sounds like yours overheated. If the temp. outside was warm to hot, and your weight is near the weight limit for the scooter, and you are taxing the motors over a hill, or unstable terrain, then the scooter goes into "limp home mode", or just enough to get you a bit aways, and then it will turn off. After a few minutes to cool off, it will go again, but shut down fairly quickly because it takes a spell to let the whole transaxle-motor assembly to get cool.
Check your weight, and anything else you may be carrying with you on the scooter. Check the terrain, and incline you are going against. Throttle down for all these occassions. If you overloaded the system at some point, then you may have overheated the brushes. Remove them (2) with a standard screwdriver and see if the copper coil is still flexible and springy. If not, replace it/them.
The damage may already be done, so it may need a new motor/transaxle assembly. An expensive proposition I'm afraid.
There is no power
Seems like you are on the right track and you can save alot of money there. I would aproach this systematically trace the power to the switch then t0o the speed controller and back to moter you can also put some jumpers from a battery to the moter connections.
If it is in such new condition then it must be a damaged or loose connection.
Intermittent loss of mobility, get beep beep sound
I sounds like the switch is not making contact relieably. Make sure your key is clean and if that does not work, than the switch inside the console will need to be replaced. Contact Pride Mobility for a technician local to you.
Right rear wheel
You may need to be sure all the bolts are tight on the wheel, and that there is nothing stuck in the tread. is it a metallic or rubbery tick?
Scooter is dead
Are you sure your charger is working? Is the free-wheel lever engaged? Also the charger has an inhibit line, it will not run when the charger is plugged in.
Pride Zero Turn 10 - 4 beep code randomly while driving.
It is called the "current limit time out." Apparently the battery needs to recuperate or adjust its charge across the cells. That is another question. What it needs is a few minutes to be turned off. I know this from seeing the manual.
