How do you insert correction tape?

The slots for correction tape is at the ribbon carriage left & right. Install it by first attach the supply side (full tape) at the left and make sure the rough surface of the tape face toward the platen and attach take off side at the right side.

First see if the ribbon is spacing a full space for each letter pressed if not you may be in the over strike ribbon mode, to get out of the mode press code and comma, period or slash i'm not sure which one So try them all.
If that dosen't help check to be sure the correction tape is not getting in the way, remove the corr. tape and try it.
Next remove the ribbon and release the hammer as if you were changing the P/W and see if the plunger in the solenoid is free, if not try a drop or two of WD40 on it.

Margin Release

Try holding down on the MR (margin release) key and turn on. Machine will print a few lines with all the letters. Turn off and then on and try. Also make sure someone has not switched the key tops for left marging and right margin, I have seen this "joke" played on people. Can you set either margins?

Nakajima AX65 manual

I don't find this specific manual on the web. However, here is a link to a manual for a typewriter by the same company for your examination. Try crossreferencing its contents and see what might apply for your model. The alternative would seem to be trying customer service for the company. The "," key (comma) is stuck on a Nakajima WPT-150 typewriter. How do I correct?

Difficult to work without a comma key! You could try cleaning under it, but there may be some type of spring under there which has broken or become dislodged. Very few people use typewriters these days. You can't clean with Carburetor cleaner, but don't get it in the plastic keys. It shouldn't do any harm, but just in case. It is based on Carbon Tetrachloride which is a cleaner and degreaser. https://www.google.com/search?q=Nakajima+WPT-150+key+stuck ..
