Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com
Internal memory full
Internal memory is full after you shot only a few pictures Actualy you only have 11 Megabyte free for pictures. If you want to make more pictures, you have to insert a SD memory card. Make sure you buy a SD and not a SDHC or SDXC card, because nothing in the manual says your camera is compatible with these bigger cards.
If you happen to have a SDHC card you are free to try if it works, but don't buy one unless you are sure it works.
Pictures ar blurry
If you did not drop the camera. It won't be the lens. That said, please have a close look to the lens. Is the front element clean? you could clean it with a soft cloth that is used for glasses too. But also try to look into the lens. Sometimes, when a lens is left is a moist envirement, mold can grow between two elements. The glass you see inside is not bright anymore and gets a grayish look. When the battery is becoming old, you only can make less pictures with one charge, till it is old and stops. Before the camera could warn you the power is running low.
