Sounds like a problem with the speakers themselves, I recommend trying to wire in some external speakers and see if they work, if so the speakers need to be replaced if not check all visible wire connections and solder joints as well as the P.C board for burns and shorts.
I just spoke to Stillwater Designs tech support. I had the same problem - Zune in dock, Zune working, no sound. I also tried to play it thru the AV jack -- same problem. After asking me if I had unplugged the Kicker (I had, several times), they authorized a return. Not sure whether I want to return to Amazon for credit or return to Stillwater Designs for new unit.
you will not be able to upgrade window media only goes to 10 for windows xp. if you are having problems with playback then there are video and audio code packs for windows media that are updated and free.
There are 2 ways you can delete bookmark on Microsoft Edge
