hi you shuld have to remove covers and saprad the cutter rollers this is the way to clear the jamed paper

the most likely cause of this is that paper is jamming the shredder drums and the paper sensor in shredder is blocked by u guessed it paper, try spraying WD40 into the machine and then running it backwards and forwards to unjam it, if it will not unjam then u have a failed motor or jammed/damaged shredder drum, in that case the best thing to do is just replace the shredder .
