You can try using a silicone adhesive like is used for fishtanks.
But think carefully about this - Vinyl plank is flexible, Glass is not.

If you are talking about suspending shelves from the glass only by gluing it on, I hope you don't have expensive china...

As with anything collectible, it depends on the age, the condition of the item, and the market (and whether you can reach that market)
So it's pretty impossible for us to give you a figure.
Doing a cursory online search I saw some at $200, some at $300, a turn of the century all-wood one being sold on a chi-chi furniture site for $2250 and one that sold at government auction for $6

Your question would have a cart load of wine snobs debating well into the early hours.

There has long been a fashion to chill just about everything it is possible to drink but to quote my late father (who worked for a brewery), "if beer has to be chilled to taste good, it is bad beer". I believe that sentiment can be applied all alcoholic beverages - the right temperature is the temperature you like to drink wine, beer or spirits and then you find things that taste good at that temperature.

For myself I prefer not to follow fashion and to maintain the traditional method. Beer and wine aren't very different and for a thousand years or more, before refrigerators, ciders, light ales and beers and the white and rose wine would be kept below ground in a north-facing cellar or pantry where the temperature would be fairly constant between 45 and 54 degrees F.
Dark beers and ales, red wines and meads would be kept above ground and be served at room temperature. The so-called heavy ales and beers would often be warmed slightly in winter, purists used to say they should be served at blood heat.

In winter I don't drink beer and I warm red wine slightly - I know what I like...
