Samsung L200 comes with a rechargeable battery. So as long as you have the right charger, then yes you can charge it.

If you have an extra batt?try to replace the battery then try to charge it again if flashy orange still appeared on the usb cable.,Maybe the usb cable have a problem due to broken pin.visit the service center near you.

One possible reason is that your memory card is not yet formatted for camera use.
Image or recoridng will be automatically be saved in your memory card, if card is inserted. If not, it will be saved on your internal memory.

Second reason is it is in write protection.The SD/SDHC memory card has a write protect switch that prevents image files from being deleted or formatted. By sliding the switch to the bottom of the memory card, the data will be protected. By sliding the switch to the top of the memory card, the data protection will be cancelled

Before taking pictures you have to slide the switch to the top of the memory card.

Do you really need to hook your camera up to your computer?The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

you can know if the camera is charging by the indicator light in the usb cable, green light means it was full charged..red light means that unit still charging.

Hola desconozco si tu camara posee picture bridge,pero debes de revisar el setup y confirmar la configuracion USB mass storage debes seleccionar.De otra forma si esta seleccionado picture bridge o imprimir te va a solicitar la presencia de un impresora.

Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Make sure that the camera is set to auto-focus. It is possible that the camera was put on manual focus and now each picture is taken out of focus resulting in blurry pictures. This setting shuld be found in the menu settings or on the back of the camera. Check in the menu options first. Let me know if this does not work. Thanks!

The problem is that the lens has become stuck in the barrel. There are some DIY solutions you could try, but the probability is that you will have to get it fixed by a professional.

Use these at own risk as it may further damage the camera.

Firstly , try connecting your ac adapter or usb cable.

Try holding the shutter button while switching on the camera.

Look at the lens , and if some of the lens 'circles' is misaligned or not concentric then try wiggling it (while holding camera lens down).

Try gently pushing or pulling the lens when it extends but this is risky as it may cause the lens barrel to slip out of its guidance system.

Another way to do this is to place the camera lens down on a hard surface and then power it up. Be sure to use a soft cloth or something similar as to not scratch your lens or casing. Let the lens push the camera up and down a few times and sometimes the little resistance provided by the camera is enough to get things going again.

Try hitting your camera near the lens on the body with the soft tissue on the palm of your hand.

Other than that , I would take the camera to a repair centre for a evaluation to see if it would cost more to repair than to replace the camera.

If it is still under warranty I would suggest you take it in before trying any of these steps and remove any off-brand batteries or accessories as some stores are really fussy about warranty repairs on camera's with non-brand accessories.

That means you haven't installed the driver software.Please try after installing the driver software.If you have no driver software then go to the official website of Samsung.Then select your product.Then click driver download.

may be problem with following datacable antivirus check if device is enabled in device manager virus attacks

maybe your camera had a problem on hardware.,try to pull the camera out if the display appeared.,the turn around of the gears malfunction,you can contacted the authorized service center for us to know if you need to replace the barrel assy part of the camera.,

It may be the battery has failed or isn't charging, have you charged it? Try taking out the battery and connecting to usb, does that change things? If so you should charge or replace the battery.

the camera is supposed to do this HMM try to put it in MACRO mode or super macro or whatever take a picture the camera should focus and then take AN AMAZING picture if its in normal mode try to switch the picture to fine please leave a testimony if this helped you

you have the usb cable and adptor right??connect the adaptor and usb then insert it to the camera then plug in to the ac line..but takenote.,the battery was inserted tot he unit..

file error appear on the camera because of corrupted file or virus attached in the pictures due to incomplete saving or virus attached on mmc upon conncting to the pc. "dont panic". the first thing to do is back up your pictures to your desktop or laptop. then the next thing was format the memory card.After reformatted insert the mmc to the camera then take atleast 15 pictures and try to preview it.

If same problem occured, try to contacted the service center near you.

Try these procedures.

Yes you can,but the other icon will remove too,due to the program install to the camera.,try to press the upper button,near at the menu.,thats the osd.,(on screen display), But if you dont want that you can change the date and time to the settings of the camera.,

maybe you experienced this because off virus or a corrupted file.

* fisrt try to insert the mmc to the pc,when the mmc folder appeared and no dcim folder appeared try to click the tools and folder options then go to view,check the show hidden files.,if the folder already appeared back up the pictures that detected by your computer to the other folder.,and after you backed it up try to format it.,if the formatting run normal.,then try to format the unit in the menu settings,.after that youll need to insert the mmc again in the tl220 then take 2 to 3 pictures.,if you preview the 3 pictures then remove the mmc to the tl220 then copy the pictures that youd been backed up.

*second if you inserted the mmc and the dcim folder was too none highlighted like the other folder, press he right click go to properties - unchecked the read only and hidden - apply - ok to the sub folders and folder - ok..then reinsert the mmc to the unit.,then preview the pictures.,
