Are images actually being saved to the card, not just to the camera's internal memory ? Also, is the card the correct size for the camera ? Some cameras cannot cope with cards greater than 8 or 16 - check the manual.

Repair probably not economical, unfortunately.

Dear olympus m9010. AFAIK, there is no way that any digital camera can display the date etc on the image, since this is all contained within the EXIF data, and requires software to read it.
