This generally happens if you are using a hign volume SD card such as a 4 GB one and have a lot of files there. Then nokia when booted may try to scan all those files and takes a lot of time.
Remove your SD card and move most of insignificant data onto your computer using a card reader or the nokia usb cable. Then put the elmost-emptied SD card in your cel phone and try to reboot the phone.

We don't have the facility to provide PUK it can only be provided by the service provider whose sim you are using. I'd recommend you make a phone call to your friend at home and ask him/her to call your customer care of your service provider using the same companies sim card and ask for the puk code on your behalf for your mobile number.

You don't have to search for a software.Please dial *# 7370 # on your phone and it will ask for a master reset.Select yes to format your phone.Don't forget to back up your data because all the data in the phone will be deleted.

Hold down the HOME button for 3 second, it will show you all opened apps running on backround.Also try remove battery for 5-10 minutes. Check your Message folders (drafts,sent etc). Do an firmware update as well.

That symbol means that there are msgs waiting to be sent in the out box. You cant get rid of it as there are msgs in the out box. Either send them or remove them.

get the proper GPRS settings from the network provider. i hope u have an active gprs connection. If not call ur netwprk operator and subscribe to it
