Switch off phone,
Get a screw driver and unscrew the top where the screen is located,
(screw is located when flip is open).
Carefully remove screen from hook(when it is Pinned too),
Fix the replacement screen and screw back necessary screws on the phone.

It is permanently blocked and you will have to purchase a new sim card. They only allow you to enter the code a few times before it is blocked in case someone got a hold of your phone and tried to use it.... A new card is about $20--- thats the only way to fix it

How are you connecting the phone to the computer? do you have a desktop or a laptop? If you have a laptop, does your laptop have Bluetooth? You could send music files over bluetooth to the phone wirelessly.

Via USB cable you would need the Lg software on the computer.

Final option would be to move the music directly into the memory card, this would be the simplest option. All you need is a card reader, take the card out of the phone, plug it to a card reader, plug the card reader to the computer, it should come up automatically, if not, then open my computer or computer which you will find on your desktop or from start menu, there you will find the memory card as a removeable storage device most like.

You can move pictures, games, music anything to the card direcly from your computer, when your done, take the card out from the reader, plug it into the phone and your files will be available on the phone.

Call the dealer

You should call the company so you can have them unlock the phone.

try using a different sim in your set to confirm whether it is a set problem or sim problem. If it is a set problem, restore the factory settings.

Phone it self was shorted inside, was replaced with no questions asked.

3. When the Factory data reset screen appears, release both of the keys.
4. Use the Volume keys to highlight Factory data reset, then press the Power/Lock key to confirm.
5. Use the Volume keys to highlight Yes, then press the Power/Lock key to confirm one more time.

When files are "deleted" they are not actually removed from your iPhone, until something else overwrites them. So by saving anything else to them you may have overwritten them. There is a decent chance that you can restore lost data of iPhone though. I've successfully used undeleted plus before to restore iPhone history that were accidentally deleted on my iPhone.
