Did you put the phone under a different service provider? That could be one cause ... if not, try doing a hard restart by removing the battery when the phone is on and if it has a sim card remove that as well. Then pop it back in and start it up. How long have you had it? Phones only have a 1 year warranty for a reason they don't have a high life expectancy. My touch screen went out completely today. If none of that works you will need to replace it.

Is your keypad have a problem? If it does, then you might go to a cellphone repair shop. Take your phone there and it will be handle by a qualified technician. Neither hardware or software problem, you should take it there. okay? I did not say that it is the best solution but it offers you a lot of option concerning to your phone problem. But before you do that, I will try to assess what is best to do. I want you to turn off your phone and then remove the battery. Wait for a few seconds and then put the battery back in. Turn it on and see if there's changes. If nothing happens then the last option I suggest is taking it to a repair shop.
first remove the back panel(cover) then on the top u will find small screws....open that then u will be able to open the front panel also...........after removin it apply the new one........ do it care fully
