..this shall help you search for available wireless networks with their respective SSIDs (Service Set IDentifiers).

There are 2 kinds of wireless networks: Hotspots and configured networks. When connecting to the Internet using a Hotspot, no further configuration is needed. When you connect using a configured network, a WLAN account is required in your phone. For configured networks, you may or may not use the New Account Wizard in your phone.

Setting up Internet Account using New Account Wizard:
1. Go to:
Tools
Control Panel
Internet Accounts
2. Click "More" on the lower right part of your screen.
3. Select "New Account", then "WLAN".
4. Enter the details required in accordance with your preferred wireless network.


Setting up Internet Account without using the Wizard:
1. Connect to the WLAN first.
2. Prompt for encryption keys of the network you are attempting to connect to (passwords).

It happened 2 months ago on my phone after it fell 3 meters high. Surprisingly after intentionally banging the phone face first on my table (keep it gentle) it worked and has been OK ever since. I hope this works for you too. =)

Go to Control Panel>Device>Storage Wizard.

The wizard shall help you view and release storage media for your phone.

The problem is not with the software. This is a hardware problem. Your mobile phones touch pad would have gone for a toss i guess. That doesnt have any relation with the firmware update. Am really sorry to say this, that this problem cannot be corrected manually. It needs expertise assistance. So please go to a nearby service center and get your mobile serviced properly!

This can be fixed by giving your to the mobile stores.they know how to make it correct,it will not cost any money.

hello,it's the sim slot that has gotten affected due to the rain water,it could have some rust on it,so all you need to do now is just to get a new sim slot from stores and get it fixed,but if you are not electronically inclined i will suggest you visit an authorized expert to help you fix it.
After this is done you will have your problem solved.

do a phone reset then if that dont work call you provider they will help you fix the problem but i think a reset will work..

Just saw this, Try verifying the SMS centerr number of your phone with your service provider. Probably this will solve your problem.

there r 2 ways of it
1st.if u gout a data cable so use it.
2nd.if your phone have bluetooth in it and also u have bluetooth in your laptop so just connect it and send your thing or if u have a desktop computer so u have to buy a usb blue tooth and rest is same/

I am sorry you can get it only from your service provider.

If you are ready to pay for this, there are many website which provides the Service but its too costly

So i do prefer please contact the Near by service center they can provide the best service and give you a permanent solution
